In the Fall, all teams play 7s rugby primarily in Maryland, with three practices per week and games on Sundays. Teams also participate in regional or out-of-state tournaments, as well as other local playing opportunities.

Our Winter Pre-Season focuses on conditioning, agility, and strength. We practice indoors during the week and outdoors on Saturdays. In February, we aim to schedule a few friendly matches with local teams to help players ease back into gameplay.

- COED Tag U10: No indoors practices, they will only practice on Saturdays
- COED Tackle U10/12: Tuesdays - 6:30-7:45pm
- COED U14: Wednesdays - 6:30-8:00pm
- HS Boys: Thursdays - 6:30-8:00pm (Supplemental practices may be offered as needed - TBD)
- HS Girls: Thursdays - 6:30-8:00pm (Supplemental practices may be offered as needed - TBD)
OUTDOOR PRACTICE: ALL TEAMS - Saturdays at Bradley Local Park at 10-11:30am

Spring is our main XVs rugby season! Teams compete in either the Virginia or Maryland Championships. (Note: the U10/U12 team plays 10s only in the Virginia Championship) Games are typically held on Saturdays in Virginia and Sundays in Maryland.

Spring is our main XVs rugby season! Teams compete in either the Virginia or Maryland Championships. (Note: the U10/U12 team plays 10s only in the Virginia Championship) Games are typically held on Saturdays in Virginia and Sundays in Maryland.
GIRLS RUGBY: Our MS and HS Rugby program offers multiple rugby opportunities for the girls only.
U14 Girls
- U14 girls (usually 7th-8th grades) will have the opportunity to play with a MS all-girls team
- U12 girls (usually 5th-6th grades) will be invited to play up with U14 all-girls team only upon U12 coaches recommendation.
- Girls who turned 12 yrs old before 09/01/2025 (usually currently in 7th grade) are eligible to play down with U12 Coed with a waiver.
HS Girls
- HS girls (9th-12th grade) will have the opportunity to play with HS all-girls team
- U14 girls (Usually 7th-8th grades) will be invited to play up with HS all-girls team only upon U14 coaches recommendation.
- Girls who turned 15 yrs old before 09/01/2025 (usually currently in 9th-10th grade) are eligible to play down with U14 Coed with a waiver.

Summer is our fun 7s season, flexible season with many opportunities for older players to compete in 7s tournaments around the country or enjoy local tag rugby with a local club, the Bethesda Maryland Exiles Rugby Club.
