In the Fall, all teams play 7s rugby in the DMV, with three practices per week (See full practice schedule below) and games during the weekend (see below). Teams also have an opportunity to participate in regional or out-of-state tournaments.

COED Tag U10: Practice will be held twice a week from 6:30-7:45pm (either on Tuesdays or Thursdays), and 10:30-12:00pm on Saturdays
COED Tackle U10/12: Tuesdays/Thursdays - 6:30-7:45pm and Saturdays 10:30-12:00pm
COED Tackle U14 and HS Boys/HS Girls: Tuesdays/Thursdays - 6:30-8:00pm and Saturdays 10:30-12:00pm

Our Winter Pre-Season focuses on conditioning, agility, and strength. We practice indoors during the week and outdoors on Saturdays. In February, we schedule a few friendly matches with local teams to help players ease back into gameplay.
